Lich Lord Goyrox

"King Goyrox was a benevolent ruler who loved the land and tried to do good by his people. As he watched his son grow into manhood Goyrox saw a darkness in him and began to fear what would happen when he took the throne. Goyrox sought out a way to prolong his life so he could extend his reign indefinitely and outlive his son. Goyrox had his most powerful wizards begin the process for transforming him into an undead lich lord. The king knew liches were evil creatures, but he believed he could overcome their nature because he was a good man. At first Goyrox was a kind Lich Lord, but as the decades and centuries past, he grew more and more paranoid and cold toward the living. Lich Lord Goyrox would have his most trusted advisors executed upon the slightest suspicion. The darkness inside Goyrox grew to envelop his lands and transform the animals into hideous monsters. No one would dare set foot on the lands of Goyrox lest they be eaten by flesh eating monsters or have their soul drained by the Lich Lord himself."
